DESCRIPTION
Sterile, DNAse/RNase & protease free Normal Saline, containing 0.0.85% (w/v) Sodium Chloride (NaCl ) solution to meet your laboratory needs.
Our saline solution is suitable for numerous molecular biology tests including collection, preservation, and transport of SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) clinical specimens. Normal saline transport medium serves as a culture medium for non-propagating transport of specimens.
Our Saline Solution is provided in a polypropylene (cryogenic, leak-proof, sterile, and DNase/RNase-free) tubes allowing the storage of samples under different temperatures (ambient to -80 ᴼC).
Prepared according to the American Center for Disease Control and Prevention CDC’s standard formulation for saline solution.
Our solution is formulated from ultrapure Sodium Chloride (ACS, ≥99.5%, CAS # 7647-14-5, Formula Weight= 58.44) in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm DNase/RNase-free Water.
Sterile solution (autoclaved and filtered through 0.22 µm membrane).
Confirmed tests for the absence of DNase, RNase, and Protease activity.
PACKAGING:
100 Saline solution Tubes (2 mL, or 3 mL each) are racked in one box.
4, 6, 8, and 12 boxes (100 tubes each) are packaged in one large carton (400 to1200 tubes).
Minimum order: 100 tubes.

Each batch of our saline products is vigorously evaluated for efficacy and sterility. The saline solution is sterile, and RNase and DNase free.
