DESCRIPTION
Med Biosciences Veal Infusion Viral Transport Medium (VI-VΤM) is specially formulated to support viral research and diagnostics.
Veal Infusion Viral Transport Medium can be used for viral collection, transport, and maintenance and culturing as well as for long-term freezer storage.
VI-V™ is also suitable for various molecular assays, rapid antigen testing, and direct fluorescent antibody (DVA) applications.
The medium contains Veal Infusion Broth, Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), Gentamicin Sulfate, and Amphotericin B.
VI-V™ is produced under highest manufacturing standards. It is formulated from highly pure molecular-grade chemicals in autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm DNase-RNase-free deionized water.
Our Medium is sterilized by filtration using 0.22µm filter. The medium It is a clear pale-yellow liquid.
Confirmed tests for the absence of DNase, RNase, and Protease activity.
Our medium is provided in Sterile, DNase/RNase-free Medical Grade PET/PETG, Transparent, and leak-proof bottles of different sizes (100, 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL)
COMPOSITION:
VI-VΤM is composed of 2.5% Veal Infusion Broth powder, 0.5% Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, Fraction V), 50 µg/mL Gentamicin Sulfate, and 2 µg/mL Amphotericin B.

Available in different bottle sizes: 100, 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL bottles.
Our thick wall bottles are leak-proof and made from Medical/Food grade PET and PETG.
