10X TG-SDS – Tris-Glycine-SDS Running Buffer (Denaturing Gel Running Buffer, Sterile-Filtered, PH 8.3)

DESCRIPTION

10X Tris-Glycine-SDS Buffer (TG-SDS) is widely used in protein electrophoresis and Western blotting transfer.

The buffer contains 1% SDS. Therefore, it is compatible for denaturing gel electrophoresis applications.

The 10X buffer solution is composed of 250 mM Tris-Base, 1.92 M Glycine, and 1% SDS (pH 8.3 ± 0.2).

To use, Dilute 1 volume of 10X TG-SDS buffer with 9 volumes of deionized water. The final concentration in 1X solution: 25 mM Tris-Base, 192 mM Glycine, and 0.1% SDS (pH 8.3 ± 0.2).

Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water.

The buffer is Sterile filtered through 0.22 µm membrane.

The buffer is evaluated and certified for being RNase/DNase and protease free.

PACKAGING:

Available in different bottle sizes: 500 mL, 1000 mL, and 1 Gallon (3.78 L).

Our thick wall bottles are leak-proof and made from Medical/Food grade PET and PETG.
