DESCRIPTION
1X Phosphate-Buffered Saline with 0.05% Tween-20 (PBST) is a ready-to-use buffer solution for different Western Blot and ELISA applications.
The 1X buffer solution is composed of 10 mM Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, 1.8 mM Potassium Phosphate Monobasic, 2.7 mM Potassium Chloride, 137 mM Sodium Chloride, and 0.05% Tween-20 (pH 7.4 ± 0.1).
Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water.
The buffer is Sterile, autoclaved (Heated to 121°C (15 psi) for 30 minutes on liquid cycle) and filtered through 0.22µm membrane.
The buffer is evaluated and certified for being RNase/DNase and protease free.

Available in different bottle sizes: 500 mL, 1000 mL, and 1 Gallon (3.78L).
Our thick wall bottles are leak-proof and made from Medical/Food grade PET and PETG.
