10X Bjerrum Schafer-Nielsen Transfer Buffer (With or Without SDS) Semi-Dry System Transfer Buffer – Sterile Filtered, DNase/RNase and Protease Free (pH 9.2)

DESCRIPTION

10X concentrated Bjerrum Schafer-Nielsen Transfer Buffer is used in semi-dry transfer system in Western blot protocol.

The Buffer is available in two options: With and without SDS. Please see the two buffer compositions in the table below.

To prepare a 1X solution, mix one volume of the 10X Bjerrum Schafer-Nielsen Buffer solution with 9 volumes of ultrapure water + the appropriate amount of methanol. The final concentrations in 1X solution (Cat. No.: BSN01-10X): 48 mM Tris Base, 39 mM Glycine, and 1.3 mM SDS (pH 9.2 ± 0.1), and for (Cat. No.: BSN01-10X): 48 mM Tris Base, and 39 mM Glycine (pH 9.2 ± 0.1).

Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water.

The buffer is Sterile filtered through 0.22 µm membrane, and autoclaved.

The buffer is evaluated and certified for the absence of DNase, RNase, and protease activities.

Available in varied sizes: 500 mL, 1000 mL, and 1 Gallon (3.78 L).

Our thick wall bottles are leak-proof and made from Medical/Food grade PET and PETG.
