10X DPBS – Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline (With Calcium and Magnesium) – Dry Buffer Packs

DESCRIPTION

Dry packaged premixed powder buffers require minimal storage space and offer virtually unlimited shelf life. Dry packaged buffers are offered at the indicated concentrations and should be completely dissolved into sufficient molecular grade water to produce the final concentration required.

10X DPBS Dry Buffer Packs are ready to use premixed dry chemicals in pouches designed to make 10X concentrated Dulbecco′s Phosphate Buffered Saline (With Calcium and Magnesium). Dissolve the contents of each pack in a final volume of 1L of deionized 18.2 mega Ω-cm water to give 10X solution with the concentrations of 1.37 M Sodium Chloride (NaCl), 2.68 mM Potassium Chloride (KCl), 8.8 mM Calcium Chloride 2-Hydrate (CaCl₂•2H₂O), 4.9 mM Magnesium Chloride 6-Hydrate (MgCl₂•6H₂O), 80.09 mM Sodium Phosphate Dibasic (Na₂HPO₄), and 14.7 mM Potassium Phosphate Monobasic (KH₂PO₄), pH 7.4, at 25 ᴼC.

Convenient ready to use packs with no weighing or adjusting of pH required. These buffer packs have a longer shelf life when compared to buffer solutions. Highly reproducible better compositions.
