DESCRIPTION
10X Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS) is a 10-fold concentrated buffer solution that is used in many applications, such as cell culture, molecular biology work, isolation and purification of proteins and many others.
The 10X buffer solution is composed of 101 mM Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, 18 mM Potassium Phosphate Monobasic, 27 mM Potassium Chloride, and 1.37 M Sodium Chloride (pH 7.4 ± 0.1).
To use, Dilute 1 volume of buffer with 9 volumes of deionized sterile water. The concentrations in 1X buffer solution: 10.1 mM Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, 1.8 mM Potassium Phosphate Monobasic, 2.7 mM Potassium Chloride, and 137 mM Sodium Chloride (pH 7.4 ± 0.1). It is recommended to check the pH after dilution.
Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water.
The buffer is Sterile, filtered through 0.1 µm membrane.
The buffer is evaluated and certified for being RNase/DNase and protease free.
Cell culture Grade buffer, Endotoxin-free [Endotoxin Content: <0.0002EU/mg (Pyrotell Gel-Clot endotoxin test)].
