DESCRIPTION
The 10X Tris-EDTA Buffer (TE) is formulated for gel preparation and electrophoretic separation of nucleic acids on agarose gel.
The 10X concentrated TE buffer is composed of 100 mM Tris-base, and 10 mM EDTA (pH 8.0 ± 0.1).
To use, Dilute 1 volume of the buffer with 9 volumes of deionized molecular grade water. The final concentrations in 1X solution are: 10 mM Tris-base, and 1 mM EDTA (pH 8.0 ± 0.1). Please check the pH after dilution.
Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water to ensure utmost quality.
The buffer is sterile, filtered through 0.2µm membrane.
The buffer is tested and certified for being RNase/DNase and protease free.
