DESCRIPTION

The 1X (Ready-To-Use) Bjerrum Schafer-Nielsen Transfer Buffer is used in semi-dry transfer system for Western blot protocols.

The Buffer is available in two options: With and without SDS. Please see the two buffer compositions in the table below.

Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water.

The buffer is Sterile filtered through 0.22µm membrane, and autoclaved.

The buffer is evaluated and certified for the absence of DNase, RNase, and protease activities.

PACKAGING:

Available in 2 sizes: 1000 mL, and 1 Gallon (3.78 L) bottles.

Our thick wall bottles are leak-proof and made from Medical/Food grade PET and PETG.
