DESCRIPTION
1X Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS) is a ready-to-use isotonic buffer solution that is utilized in many applications, such as cell culture, molecular biology work, isolation and purification of proteins and many others.
The 1X buffer solution is composed of 10.1 mM Sodium Phosphate Dibasic, 1.8 mM Potassium Phosphate Monobasic, Potassium Chloride 2.7 mM, and 137 mM Sodium Chloride (pH 7.4 ± 0.1).
Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water.
The buffer is Sterile, filtered through 0.22µm membrane. No Microbial Growth detected.
The buffer is Not evaluated for RNase/DNase or Protease activities. Please see PBS Cat. No. BPBS74 that is DNase/RNase and Protease Free.

Available in different bottle sizes: 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL.
Our thick wall bottles are leak-proof and made from Medical/Food grade PET and PETG.
