DESCRIPTION
The 1X SSPE (Sodium Chloride-Sodium Phosphate-EDTA) solution is a general nucleic acid hybridizations and blot transfer buffer.
Med Biosciences ready-to-used SSPE Buffer is prepared from molecular biology grade Monobasic Sodium Phosphate (Na2HPO4), Sodium Chloride (NaCl), and Disodium Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (Na2EDTA) with Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm DNase/RNase-free Water to ensure utmost quality. The final solution is filtered using a 0.22 µm filter into final sterile bottles.
The buffer solution is manufactured according to strict quality control standards to ensure lot-to-lot consistency. Our solution is certified sterile, DNase/RNase free, and protease free.
Each lot of our Molecular Biology Grade SSPE buffer is subjected to rigorous quality control which involves checking for RNase activity, Exonuclease activity, Nonspecific Endonuclease activity, Nonspecific Protease activity, and Sterility.
Available in different convenient sizes (1 L and 1 Gal sterile bottles). Customized solutions are available to meet individual needs.
COMPOSITION:
The 1X SSPE buffer is composed of 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM NaH2PO4, and 1 mM EDTA. (pH 7.4 ± 0.1) in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm DNase/RNase-free Water. The final solution is filtered through 0.22 µm filter into final sterile and DNase/RNase free bottles.
PACKAGING:
Available in 1 L and 1 Gal (3.78 L) bottles.
SSPE buffer is packaged in Sterile and RNase/DNase-free thick wall bottles that are classified for medical/food usage.
