DESCRIPTION
1X Tris-Acetate-EDTA Buffer (TAE) is formulated for gel preparation and electrophoretic separation of nucleic acids on agarose gel.
The 1X ready-to-use TAE buffer is composed of 40 mM Tris, 20 mM Acetic Acid, and 1 mM EDTA (pH 7.6 ± 0.1).
Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water.
The buffer is sterile, filtered through 0.2µm membrane.
The buffer is tested and certified for being RNase/DNase and protease free.

Available in different bottle sizes: 1000 mL and 1 Gallon.
Our thick wall bottles are leak-proof and made from Medical/Food grade PET and PETG.
