1X TBS (F1) – Tris-Buffered Saline (Sterile Filtered, DNase/RNase and Protease Free, PH 7.4 and pH 7.6)

DESCRIPTION

Ready-to-use (1X) Tris Buffered Saline (TBS) is a commonly used buffer in molecular biology research.

TBS buffer is often used in immunodetection techniques such as Western blotting and ELISA protocols.

The 1X TBS (Formula 1, F1) solution is composed of 25 mM Tris-HCl, 2.7 mM Potassium Chloride (KCl) and 137 mM Sodium Chloride (NaCl), (pH7.4 ± 0.1, Cat. No. BTBS01-1X). The buffer is also available at pH 7.6 (Cat. No. BTBS02-1X). Please see also TBS (F2) formula under the Cat. No. BTBS03-1X (pH 7.4), and Cat. No. BTBS04-1X (pH 7.6).

Our buffer is formulated from Highly Pure Molecular-Grade Chemicals in Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water.

The buffer is Sterile filtered through 0.22 µm membrane, and Autoclaved.

The Buffer is evaluated and Certified for the absence of DNase, RNase, and protease activities.

Available in different bottle sizes: 1000 mL, and 1 Gallon (3.78 L).

Available in 2 different pH; pH 7.4 ± 0.1 (Cat. No. BTBS01-1X), and pH 7.6 ± 0.1 (Cat. No. BTBS02-1X)
