DESCRIPTION

1X ™AC (Tetramethyl Ammonium Chloride) is a hybridization Solution for nucleic acids.

Med Biosciences ready-to-used ™AC is composed of molecular biology grade 1 M Tetramethyl Ammonium Chloride [(CH3)4N]Cl, 17 mM Tris-HCl, 0.33 mM EDTA, and 0.033% SDS (pH 8.0 ± 0.1) with Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm DNase/RNase-free Water to ensure utmost quality. The final solution is filtered using a 0.22 µm filter into final sterile bottles.

The buffer solution is manufactured according to strict quality control standards to ensure lot-to-lot consistency. Our solution is certified sterile, DNase/RNase free, and protease free.

Each lot of our Molecular Biology Grade ™AC buffer is subjected to rigorous quality control which involves checking for RNase activity, Exonuclease activity, Nonspecific Endonuclease activity, Nonspecific Protease activity, and Sterility.

Available in different convenient sizes (1 L and 1 Gal sterile bottles). Customized solutions are available to meet individual needs.

PACKAGING:

Available in 1 L and 1 Gal (3.78 L) bottles.

™AC buffer is packaged in Sterile and RNase/DNase-free thick wall bottles that are classified for medical/food usage.
