1X TNT (pH 7.5) – Tris-Normal Saline-Tween 20 Hybridization Buffer

DESCRIPTION

The 1X TNT (Tris-Normal Saline-Tween 20) is a general molecular biology and hybridization buffer for nucleic acids.

Med Biosciences Ready-To-Use TNT solution is composed of molecular biology grade 0.1 M Tris-HCl, 0.15 M NaCl, and 0.05% Tween-20 (pH 7.5 ± 0.1) with Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm DNase/RNase-free Water to ensure utmost quality. The final solution is filtered using a 0.22 µm filter into final sterile bottles.

The buffer solution is manufactured according to strict quality control standards to ensure lot-to-lot consistency. Our solution is certified sterile, DNase/RNase free, and protease free.

Each lot of our Molecular Biology Grade TNT buffer is subjected to rigorous quality control which involves checking for RNase activity, Exonuclease activity, Nonspecific Endonuclease activity, Nonspecific Protease activity, and Sterility.

Available in different convenient sizes (250 mL to 1 Gal sterile bottles). Customized solutions are available to meet individual needs.

PACKAGING:

Available in 250 mL, 500 mL, 1 L, and 1 Gal (3.78 L) bottles.

TNT buffer is packaged in Sterile and RNase/DNase-free thick wall bottles that are classified for medical/food usage.
