DESCRIPTION
5.0 M Ammonium Acetate Solution is an important reagent for molecular biology research, biological buffers, and DNA and RNA purification. It is a known buffer for mobile phases for HPLC with ESLD detection, for ESI mass spectrometry of proteins and other molecules. Ammonium acetate is also popular for use in protein preparation. Ammonium acetate is also routinely used for precipitation of nucleic acids, especially, it is useful for reducing the coprecipitation of unwanted dNTPs and contaminating oligosaccharides.
Our 5.0 M ammonium acetate solution is prepared from highly pure molecular biology grade reagent with Autoclaved 18.2 mega Ω-cm DNase/RNase-free Water to ensure utmost quality. The final solution is filtered using a 0.2 µm filter and filled into sterile bottles.
Ammonium Acetate solution is manufactured according to strict quality control standards to ensure lot-to-lot consistency. Our solution is sterile, DNase/RNase free, and protease free.

Each batch of Ammonium Acetate solution undergoes strict quality control and standard operating procedures to ensure the high quality of the final product, sterility, and lot-to-lot consistency.
Ammonium acetate should not be used when the nucleic acid is phosphorylated using T4 polynucleotide kinase, because this enzyme is inhibited by ammonium ions.
Do not autoclave Ammonium Acetate Buffer. If precipitates form, warm the solution to 37 á´¼C to resuspend.
