DESCRIPTION
Med Biosciences Endotoxin Free Water is a cell culture grade 18.2 mega Ω-cm sterile Water that has been autoclaved and filtered through a special 0.05 µm filter to remove endotoxins. Our water is also DNase, RNase, and protease free and tested for mycoplasma, making it suitable for preparing all cell culture, flowcytometry, microscopy, histology, and molecular biology work solutions.
The water is certified tested by the quantitative photometric Limulus amebocyte lysate (LAL) test for endotoxins and determined to be <0.0050EU/ml. It is also certified for being DNase/RNase & protease free and mycoplasma free. We package our water in Sterile and RNase/DNase-free thick wall bottles that are made from medical/food-grade PET/PETG plastic materials. Our cell culture grade endotoxin free water is subjected to rigorous quality control which involves checking for Endotoxin lipopolysaccharides (LPL), RNase activity, Exonuclease activity and Nonspecific Endonuclease activity, Nonspecific Protease activity and Sterility as shown in the following table.
