DESCRIPTION
Med Biosciences Molecular Biology Grade Water is ultrapure 18.2 mega Ω-cm Water that has been autoclaved then filtered through 0.1 µm positively charged membrane into final sterile and nuclease free bottles in a stringent aseptic environment.
The water is certified for being RNase, DNase, and Protease free.
Our Molecular Grade Water is suitable for use in molecular biology applications which require high purity water, free from nuclease and protease contamination. These applications include PCR reactions, RT-PCR, PAGE, 2D electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, proteins and DNA/RNA purifications, and enzymatic assay.
There are No toxic agents, such as DEPC, in our Molecular Biology Grade Water. Thus, eliminating DEPC interference of enzymatic reactions.
Molecular Biology Grade water is available in convenient sizes tubes, bottles and containers that are sterile and DNase/RNase/Protease free (2 mL to 20 L).
Each lot of Molecular Biology Water is subjected to rigorous quality control validations which include checking for RNase activity, Exonuclease activity and Nonspecific Endonuclease activity, Nonspecific Protease activity and Sterility as shown in the following table.

PACKAGING:
Molecular Biology Grade Water is available in different sizes:
2 mL tubes, and 10 mL small bottles are available in packages of 10, 25 or 100 per carton.
50 mL, 125 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL bottles are available in Packages of 1 to 12 per carton.
1 Gallon (3.78 L) jugs are available in Packages of 1 to 4 per carton.
5.3 Gal (20 L) Collapsible Containers are individually packaged in cartons. Palettes and skids of 50 cartons are available.
