Every effort is made to ensure the most current information on our website; however, we reserve the right to change the price without notice. We shall attempt to notify the purchaser of any such changes and obtain confirmation before shipment.
TERMS
All payment terms are “net 30 days” in US dollars. Late payments will be assessed as a penalty and the cost associated with the recovery of payment. Shipping terms are F.O.B. Bloomington, IL, USA and added to the invoice. Credit card orders are accepted. All wire transfer payments require an additional fee.
PRODUCT USE & PROTOCOLS

Users are instructed to follow the instruction manuals supplied with the products. PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products listed in our catalogs and website are warranted by Med Biosciences against defects in material and workmanship. Med Biosciences liability is expressly limited to the replacement of defective items. This warranty does not extend beyond one year of purchase or the shelf life marked on the product, nor beyond the description or instruction included with the product. Med Biosciences will not be liable for any personal injury, property, and consequential or incidental damage of any kind arising from the use or storage of the products.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
As part of our continued efforts to improve the quality of our products, some items supplied may differ from the catalog specification. We reserve the right to change the specification of our products without notification.
SHIPPING
Unless specified by the customer, we shall use the most economical and suitable method available to ship your order.
Customers may request to use their preferred carrier by providing the account number at the time of order. A handling fee may be charged.
Additional fees for special packaging, if applicable, will be applied at the time of invoice.
DELIVERY
The customer is responsible for inspecting all deliveries for any shipment damage immediately upon receipt. If any external damage is noticed, the customer must promptly inspect the inner contents for any additional shipping damage. The customer must provide images of damage made to contents, as well as the outer packaging as proof of damage.
Med Biosciences must be notified of any damage, defect, or shortages within fifteen (15) days of delivery or unconditionally waive any right to make claims relating to shortages or product damage during transit.
In the event of a loss or damaged shipment made on a customer carrier account, Med Biosciences will not be responsible for filing the claim or providing replacements at no charge.
RETURNS
Eligible products can be returned for any reason, for a refund or credit, up to fifteen (15) days from the invoice ship date. Customer Service must be contacted within the initial 15-day period for a return authorization number, or the purchase will be deemed as accepted but the customer will not lose any warranty rights. A return authorization will be voided if merchandise is not received within fifteen (15) days of the RMA issue date.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping/transportation fees related to the return.
A restocking fee of not less than fifteen percent (15%) of the product value will be assessed provided the returned product arrives at our facilities in a state satisfactory for resale.
Any product returned without an approved return authorization will not be accepted and the customer will be responsible for the logistics costs to remove the product from Med Biosciences facility.
PRODUCT NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Products that are not authorized for return include:
- Custom Manufactured Items.
- Hazardous Materials.
- Discontinued Products.
- Products requiring special packaging or have shipment conditions such as Blue or Dry Ice.
- Products not in resalable condition.
PATENTS & TRADEMARKS DISCLAIMERS
Med Biosciences does not warrant that the use of products in this catalog will not infringe the claims of any patents covering the products itself or the use of these products in combination with other products or in operation of any process.
